Contact us

Contact with the Confederation is by email. Every department, agency and public body publishes its own address on its page in the government directory, and all of them keep the same hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This page tells you which one to write to.

General enquiries

The Confederation does not publish a single general enquiry address. Write instead to the organisation responsible for the subject you are enquiring about. If you are not sure which that is, use the government directory and choose the organisation whose description comes closest to your question.

The Confederation has no premises, so there is nowhere to visit in person. Its meetings, debates and daily business are conducted online. No response time is published.

Contacting a department, agency or other body

The government directory lists all 59 organisations of the Confederation. Each has a page of its own, and each page carries that organisation's email address and its opening hours.

The directory is organised by type:

  • 12 departments
  • 29 agencies
  • 6 public bodies
  • 4 bodies of the legislature
  • 8 local entities

Citizenship

Citizenship is administered by the Ministry of Immigration and Alien Affairs. Write to minima@mahuset.gov if you have a question about citizenship, or about an application you have already made.

Do not use that address to apply. Applications are made online, through the citizenship application form, and the outcome is sent by email to the address you give on the form. The citizenship pages explain the four routes and what each one is for.

Diplomatic approaches from other states

If you represent another micronation and want to open relations with Mahuset, write to the Ministry of Foreign and Batyr Bloc Affairs at minfrn@mahuset.gov. Read the diplomacy page first, which sets out how relations are opened.

The same address is the right one for questions about treaties, recognition and the Batyr Bloc.

Press enquiries

Write to the department or body your enquiry is about, using the address on its page in the government directory. Questions about Mahuset's dealings with other states go to the Ministry of Foreign and Batyr Bloc Affairs at minfrn@mahuset.gov.

The Courant van Lazia, the newspaper of record, belongs to the Publieke Omroep Stichting.

Problems with this website

If a page is broken, a link goes to the wrong place, or something on this website is wrong or missing, write to feedback@mahuset.com. Say which page you were on and what you expected to happen.

That address is for the website itself. It is not a way to reach a department, and enquiries about government business should go to the organisation concerned.
